ABOUT
Showbox is a personal portfolio and online polygon of multimedia designer Mindaugas Cesnauskas. Here you will find selected examples of various works made by me since a period of studies until recent time.
PROFILE
I was born in 1984, Vilnius, Lithuania. In 1991 moved to Siauliai city, entered Siauliai Didzdvaris Gymnasium and in 2003 graduated it. In that time (1996 - 2000) I was studying at Siauliai Art School where basic skills in composition, drawing, colouring, sculpture and art history were gained. In 2003 enterd Siauliai University and in 2007 BA in Multimedia Arts was gained. During that time a lot of new skills in photography, videoart, graphic design and compositing were gained. As well as knowledge of using various multimedia production software and hardware was learned and improved. Industrial practice at Lithuania Film Studio completed. After all, since the young days I have spent many time at my father's architectural studio giving hand on ordinary projects or competion entries. Just after graduating university in the need of new experiences moved to Dublin, Ireland. You can still find me somewhere here around. Now I am avaliable for freelance work as well as contract work.
SKILLS
Adobe Premiere Pro, Sony Vegas, Virtual Dub and Adobe After Effects for video editing and postproduction. Corel Graphics Suite, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic and print design. Autodesk 3D Studio Max and Autodesk Maya for 3D modeling and animation. Adobe Audition, Steinberg Wave Lab for basic sound editing, Adobe Dreamweaver for (x)html and CSS code development. Animation in Adobe Flash.
INTENTIONS
Keep learning and improving my knowledge of 3D production and animation software, especially Autodesk Maya and Adobe After Effects. Extend web design and coding skills.

My submission for "Help: For a Life Without Tobacco" international contest organised by EU. Propaganda style poster that demonstrates one of many absurdic and funny reasons for smoking (not smoking). 2009

Vision of Corel brand and identity created for international Corel copetition in 2009. Colorful and playful butterflies rising wings from plain paper or screen symbolically represents full list of firm products.
